The exhaust system for the Audi RS4 (B7) consists of:
Exhaust Manifold
Downpipe
Center Pipe
Rear Exhaust
Currently, we only offer the center pipe and rear exhaust, but if desired, we can also source the downpipe.
Let's start with the center pipe.
The stock center pipe has a very large silencer that restricts exhaust efficiency.
Considering the engine's potential, we have designed a center pipe that improves torque and produces a refined high pitch without sound distortion. Instead of an X-shaped merge pipe, we use an I-shaped merge pipe where the left and right exhausts converge.
Next, let's look at the stock rear exhaust.
The stock rear exhaust also has a very large silencer, which reduces exhaust efficiency and results in muffled low-frequency sound.
Our rear exhaust not only reduces weight compared to the stock unit but also features a variable valve system that allows you to switch the sound volume according to your needs.
We have chosen a larger silencer to ensure that in silent mode, the volume is similar to the stock silent mode, making it suitable for nighttime or residential areas.
When the valve is open, the system maximizes the engine's potential and delivers a racing sound, enhancing the driving experience with a thrilling sound.
We have also developed a dedicated RS-style tail finisher.
