BMW E46 M3 Titanium Valved Racing Exhaust system | GWAPOTech JAPAN
The exhaust for the BMW E46 M3 consists of:
Exhaust Manifold
Downpipe
Center Exhaust
Rear Exhaust
Currently, we have developed a cat-back system consisting of the center exhaust and rear exhaust.
First, let us introduce the center exhaust.
The stock center pipe has a large silencer, which naturally reduces the sound volume.
We use a straight center exhaust that removes the silencer. This is highly effective for increasing volume, reducing weight, and enhancing horsepower tuning.
Additionally, to prevent sound breakage and achieve a high-pitched sound, we have adopted an X-pipe design at the crossover point where the left and right exhausts intersect.
Next, we introduce the indispensable sound tuning part, the rear exhaust.
The stock rear exhaust, like the center exhaust, has a large silencer, which restricts exhaust efficiency.
Our variable rear exhaust uses a larger silencer to emphasize the ON/OFF distinction of the valve. In silent mode, it is designed to have the same volume level as the stock silent mode, making it a gentleman's specification that can be driven comfortably even at night or in residential areas.
When the valve is opened, the layout ensures the tubes are completely independent from the silencer, maximizing the potential of the NA engine and producing a racing sound.
This becomes a sound tuning item that enhances the everyday driving experience.
We also offer a variety of rear exhaust tip options, allowing you to choose the best design based on your vehicle's image.
