The Ferrari F430 is made up of ① exhaust manifold/headers ② catalytic downpipe ③ rear muffler. Compared to its predecessor, the 360 Modena, it has a more subdued sound.

To chase that F1 sound, our company has developed equal-length exhaust manifolds to not only prevent sound cracking during shifting but also to introduce a clear sound design that cannot be replicated with non-equal-length aftermarket exhaust manifolds from other companies or with the factory exhaust setup.

The specifications for the equal-length exhaust headers are the same for the early and late models, but in the later models, some are equipped with a gas sensor rod. For domestic specifications, like other companies, it is possible to install the manifold without this sensor rod, so we basically produce it without the rod.

We offer exhaust manifolds with tube sizes that are either the same diameter as the genuine parts or one size smaller than the genuine parts (refer to the lower image).

The condition for getting that high-pitched sound in the F430 is having equal-length headers installed. Even with aftermarket unequal-length headers, the volume indeed increases, capturing a high-revving sound compared to stock ones, but the sound becomes more bass-heavy and less refined, resembling more of an American car sound than an F1 sound.

The downpipe section comes with the heat shield option for free. It's basically straight, but if you want, you can also add the resonator as a free option. We offer a 200-cell sports catalyst for a fee. Going straight will make the sound loud and powerful, but we recommend adding a catalyst for those driving open vehicles like spiders or for those concerned about gas smells.

The rear muffler section features X's merging that gives it a high-pitched sound. Additionally, our company has provided a dedicated heat shield with a bolt-on type to consider heat damage.
