The Lamborghini Aventador consists of (1) exhaust manifolds, (2) downpipes, and (3) rear exhaust.
Like other companies, we are focusing on the development of exhaust systems from the exhaust manifolds onwards.
First, let's look at the front pipes (downpipes), which are crucial for achieving the F1 sound of the Lamborghini Aventador's V12 engine.
The most crucial aspect of the downpipes is that both left and right pipes are of equal length and fit perfectly. We focused heavily on achieving this equal length precision, producing about 30 sample sets. Each set was meticulously adjusted for sensor positions, flange thickness and angles, and piping design, taking us approximately two years from the start of development.
Additionally, as shown in the image, we offer free heat shield processing to mitigate heat damage. This not only saves on the cost and effort of thermal bandaging but also allows for quick installation, making it a doubly advantageous solution.
Next, playing an equally crucial role as the front pipes is the rear muffler.

Our variable rear exhaust system for the Aventador is designed to provide a sharper valve-switching contrast than the OEM, enhancing the sound experience. In straight mode, it features ultra-long tubes akin to musical instruments, which serve as sources of beautiful tones, along with specially designed merge pipes for explosive high-pitched sounds at high RPMs.
Furthermore, meticulous calculations in the design of pipe routing, punching, and the arrangement of glass wool inside the muffler ensure sound suppression capabilities that rival OEM standards.
