The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ and Ultimae consist of (1) exhaust manifolds, (2) downpipes, and (3) rear Exhaust.
Like other companies, we are focusing on the development of exhaust systems from the exhaust manifolds onwards.
First, let's take a look at the front pipe (downpipe), which is crucial for achieving the F1 sound of the Lamborghini Aventador V12 engine.
The downpipes for the Aventador SVJ and Ultimae differ in dimensions and specifications from those of the LP700, LP740S, and LP750SV models, making them completely incompatible. Therefore, their development requires starting from scratch.
The key to achieving high-pitched sound lies in ensuring that each pipe is perfectly equal in length on both sides.
Due to the sensitivity of sensor positions, flange angles, and other factors during welding, we proceed with careful fabrication, considering every element such as slight thermal deformation during welding and output.
Additionally, we offer free heat shield processing as shown in the image. This not only saves on the cost and effort of wrapping with thermal tape but also allows for quick installation, providing a dual benefit.
