The Lamborghini Huracan consists of ① exhaust manifolds and ② rear exhaust.
We have completed development for all components after confirming with actual vehicles, so please rest assured.
First, let's look at the rear muffler, which is a crucial component for achieving the F1 sound of the Lamborghini Huracan's V10 engine.
Our variable valve rear Exhaust is designed with an X-merge pipe to ensure precise switching between modes. In Straight mode, it produces a high-pitched sound explosion at high RPMs.
We've also meticulously designed the internals with pipework, punching, and strategic placement of glass wool, ensuring that even when the valve is off, the muffler maintains a noise reduction level comparable to the factory settings.
Next, let's look at the exhaust headers another crucial part of the exhaust upgrade alongside the rear exhaust. The stock exhaust manifold often has many interference points in the exhaust flow, which are eliminated in our full straight design to further enhance exhaust efficiency.
Replacing the exhaust manifold requires the engine to be removed, making it a costly procedure in terms of labor. Additionally, it will likely fail inspection, so I honestly can't recommend it (sweat). However, for those who prioritize increased sound volume and machine gun-like burbling, it's a recommended item. Just replacing the rear muffler and adjusting the ECU settings can sufficiently reproduce the desired burbling effect, making this an option for those who want to go all out.
Another surprisingly rare item in the market is the muffler tail finisher mentioned here.
For the tail finisher, in the case of the Huracán LP580-2/LP610-4, it is fixed to the rear bumper, so in our development process, it's necessary to procure the OEM parts and accurately reproduce each bracket.
The OEM finish often appears dull in color, which might leave some feeling unsatisfied even after replacing the muffler.
