Lamborghini Huracan Performante Tecnica EVO STO Exhaust system | GWAPOTech JAPAN
The Lamborghini Huracán EVO/STO/Performante/STERA/TECNICA (hereafter referred to as EVO+) is structured similarly to the LP580-2/LP610-4, consisting of ① exhaust manifold and ② rear exhaust.
Rest assured, we have developed all tuning components while conducting real vehicle checks.
First, let's examine the rear muffler, which is crucial in achieving the F1 sound of the Huracán EVO+'s V10 engine.
I understand that some might wonder, "Why are there two types of variable rear mufflers, what a ridiculous idea!"
The reason for having two designs lies in the different tastes when each valve is turned on:
① is designed for those who want explosive sound with a moderate blend of high tones and bubbling.
② is for those who prioritize the ultimate high and beautiful tones.
Both designs share the feature of a variable rear muffler that enhances the contrast between valves. In straight mode, they explode with high revs and ultra-high sounds thanks to an X-merge pipe design or a special merging design.
Furthermore, meticulous design calculations for pipe routing, punching, and the placement of glass wool ensure that even when the valve is off, the muffler achieves noise suppression comparable to factory standards.
Next, another exhaust upgrade part worth mentioning alongside the rear exhaust is the exhaust manifold (headers). The factory exhaust manifold often has many areas of exhaust interference, which can be removed to achieve a full straight-through design, further improving exhaust flow.
Replacing the exhaust manifold requires the engine to be removed, making it a costly procedure. Additionally, this modification may render the vehicle unable to pass inspections, so I honestly cannot recommend it (sweat).
However, for those enthusiasts focused on increasing sound volume and achieving machine-gun-like bubbling, this is a recommended item. If you prefer, simply replacing the rear muffler and adjusting the ECU settings can sufficiently replicate the bubbling effect, making it a viable final option.
And surprisingly, an overlooked part in the market is this muffler tail finisher.
The tail finisher, like with the Urus LP580-2/LP610-4 and EVO+, is fixed to the rear bumper, necessitating us to replicate the OEM by sourcing each stay completely.
OEM finishes often appear dull, and even after muffler replacement, the exterior might still feel somewhat lacking.
We strive to offer a reasonable transformation effort, so please consider this option.
We also offer wholesale prices, so feel free to inquire!
