Lamborghini Revuelto V12 6.5L F1 sound Exhaust system Production | GWAPOTech JAPAN
As of November 2024, the delivery of the Revuelto featuring a V12 engine, the successor to the Aventador, is gradually progressing, and we have started receiving inquiries regarding the muffler.
We are developing our muffler based on a certain company's muffler that we have frequently collaborated with in the past.
The Lamborghini Revuelto's muffler is very similar to that of the Aventador and consists of: 1) exhaust manifold, 2) downpipe, and 3) rear muffler.
We are focusing on the development of the rear muffler and the downpipe leading to the catalytic converter.
First, let’s take a look at the front pipe (downpipe), which is crucial for achieving the F1 sound of the Lamborghini Revuelto V12 engine.
Having each pipe completely equal in length on both sides is the key to achieving high tones.
The position of the sensors and the angle of the flanges are very delicate, so we carefully produce the components while considering all factors, including several millimeters of thermal distortion during welding and welding output.
Also, as shown in the images, we offer heat shield processing free of charge to prevent heat damage. This saves both the hassle and cost of wrapping thermal bandages and allows for immediate installation, providing a twofold benefit.
Next, similarly to the front pipe, the rear muffler plays a very important role.
section than that of GINTANI, which is famous for its F1 sound, allowing for higher tones without significantly reducing torque while tuning the exhaust sound from the large engine.
As a result, the sound range at high RPMs increases, creating an explosive V12 sound.
The thickness and angle of each flange are very critical, so we go through a process of repeatedly checking by fitting them to the vehicle and redesigning based on the best data.
Additionally, we are developing a variable rear piece that allows for changing the volume, alongside the straight pipe version of the rear muffler.
*Just like the Aventador, the area around the tailpiece of the rear muffler can reach very high temperatures, so we have adopted reinforced valves to reduce the risk of valve actuator failure.
Tail finishers are also under development, so customers considering a purchase can inquire about our wholesale prices.
