The exhaust system for the Lexus GS-F 5.0L V8 consists of:

Currently, the exhaust manifold is only compatible with left-hand drive models, but development for right-hand drive models in the domestic market is underway.
Let's start by looking at the exhaust manifold on the engine side!
The stock exhaust manifold, as shown, has tubes of extremely varying lengths and features a large catalytic converter.
Naturally, the design ignores sound and exhaust efficiency, so there is much room for improvement in this area.
Our company designs the tubes extending from the flange to be as long as possible and offers the option to add sports catalytic converters ranging from 100 to 300 cells.
Notably, each tube is of equal length, which contributes not only to high-frequency sound but also helps prevent sound distortion, extracting essential elements for a racing sound.
Next, let’s look at the front section, including the front and center mufflers.
The stock front pipe and center pipe feature very large catalytic converters, which restrict the sound volume and result in a muffled, low-frequency sound.
Our front pipe is designed to produce high-frequency sounds and optimize exhaust efficiency. We offer straight pipes, resonators, and optional 200-cell sports catalytic converters for an additional fee.
For the center pipe, the cross-section where the left and right bank exhausts merge includes an X-pipe, and for customers seeking higher frequency sounds, a specially designed merging section is also available.

The stock rear exhaust has a large silencer, which reduces exhaust efficiency and results in an unavoidable muffled low-frequency sound.
Our center and rear exhausts are not only lightweight but also meticulously designed for optimal piping design, perforation, and balance of glass wool.
To add contrast between the valve’s ON and OFF settings, we use a larger resonator. The silent mode is designed to have the same level of sound as the stock silent mode, making it a gentlemanly option suitable for night driving and residential areas.
