The muffler for the Lexus RC F 5.0L V8 consists of:

  1. Exhaust manifold

  2. Front and center muffler

  3. Rear exhaust

Please note that this system is not compatible with hybrid models or other grades.


Let's start by examining the exhaust manifold on the engine side!



The stock exhaust manifold, as shown, has tubes of varying lengths and includes a large catalytic converter.

This design neglects sound and exhaust efficiency, so there is significant room for improvement in this area.

Our design features tubes extending from the flange as long as possible, and we can add sports catalytic converters with cell counts ranging from 100 to 300. Notably, each tube is of equal length, contributing to high-frequency sound and preventing sound distortion, essential for a racing sound.


Next, let's look at the front and center section.






The stock front and center pipes have large catalytic converters, which restrict sound volume and result in a muffled, low-frequency sound.

Our front pipe is designed to produce higher frequency sounds, optimizing exhaust efficiency. We offer straight pipes, resonators, and optional 200-cell sports catalytic converters.


In the center pipe section, where the exhaust from the left and right banks cross, we use an X-pipe and can also provide a specially designed merging section for those desiring higher frequency sounds.


Finally, let's introduce the rear exhaust.





The stock rear exhaust has a large silencer, which reduces exhaust efficiency and results in a muffled, low-frequency sound.

Our center and rear exhaust are designed not only for weight reduction but also for precise calculation and design of piping, punching, and glass wool balance.


To emphasize the ON/OFF valve function, we use a larger resonator. The silent mode is designed to be at the same volume level as the stock silent mode, making it suitable for nighttime or residential areas while ensuring a gentleman-like quiet operation.


When the valve is open, the system maximizes the engine’s potential, delivering a racing sound. This makes it a sound-tuning item that enhances the daily driving experience.
