The muffler for the Porsche Panamera 970 is common across all models and consists of:

Products other than headers have already been developed at our company, so in this article, we will introduce the downpipe first.
In the OEM downpipe, a large catalyst is installed due to stringent emission regulations in recent years in the Eurozone, naturally reducing sound volume.
We offer options such as a straight pipe configuration without catalysts or a 200-cell sports catalyst (*additional cost option). This is highly effective not only for sound volume but also for weight reduction and horsepower tuning.
Next, we introduce the cat-back system, an essential part of sound tuning following the downpipe. Here, we introduce both the rear exhaust and the center muffler simultaneously.
The center muffler in OEM configuration is equipped with numerous large silencers, significantly restricting exhaust efficiency.
Conversely, by straightening this section, it is possible to substantially increase sound volume. However, excessive openness can lead to sound distortion and potentially coarse sound quality.
At GoatStrada, we have carefully calculated and produced the pipe diameter to maximize high tones, considering the position of the support bar in the center muffler section to avoid interference and ensure there is no sound distortion.
In the rear exhaust, we employ a variable valve system that allows for switching sound volume according to the application.
To ensure a distinct ON-OFF effect with the valves, we use larger diameter pipes. In Silent Mode, the exhaust is designed to emit a volume similar to the factory setting, ensuring confident driving in nighttime and residential areas, adhering to gentlemanly specifications.
When the valves are open, it delivers a racing sound specific to NA engines, enhancing the everyday driving experience with this sound tuning item.
